Our 2025 Distinguished Panel of Judges

  • Sarah Lopez

    Sarah Lopez is a three-time titleholder in the Miss California
    Organization and former director of the Miss Napa County
    program. She earned over $21,000 in scholarships that funded her
    education at San Jose State. Sarah is the former Director of
    Communications for Dublin Unified. For over a decade, she’s
    been an announcer at Six Flags. She’s currently focusing on
    publishing her memoir, More Than Candy, and spending time
    with her husband, Gabino, and son, Brix.

  • Ricky Del Rosario

    Ricky Del Rosario boasts a diverse background in acting, comedy,
    kickboxing, authorship, radio hosting, TV, and entrepreneurship.
    Originally moving to Sonoma County for college tennis, he later
    played football at Sonoma State. Raised in a large family in Seaside,
    CA, Ricky’s turbulent upbringing fueled his comedic journey. He met
    his wife here, and they have two daughters in college. Ricky is
    featured in commercials and travels nationwide as a keynote
    speaker, inspiring others with his unique story and passion for
    motivating greatness.

  • Harasyn Sipes

    Harasyn Sipes relocated to California from Washington State in 2005,
    splitting time between Marin and Sonoma Counties. She has been
    involved in pageants since the age of 8, and has 3 decades of
    experience as a competitor, coach, and judge for various pageant
    and scholarship programs, winning various awards and titles along
    the way. After graduating from Dominican University, she went on to
    help students of all ages begin careers in the entertainment industry
    as Academy Director & Director of Modeling at Julie Nation
    Academy in Santa Rosa. Currently, Harasyn works as the Director of
    Casting at 2K Games, putting actors in video games for voiceover,
    motion capture, marketing campaigns, and live events.

  • Dr. Lynette Parker

    As a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Dr. Lynette
    Parker is well-versed in the practice of sisterhood & serving the
    community. She is the Executive Director of the Miss Vallejo/Tri-City
    & Miss Napa County locals. Dr. Parker works as a senior education
    researcher at a nonprofit organization that focuses on bringing
    technology into under-resourced communities. Her educational
    accomplishments include: a BA in English with a Technical Writing
    certification, an MA in Educational Administration, an MS in
    Applied Statistics & Research Methods, and a PhD in Educational
    Policy. Dr. Parker also completed a Post-doctoral appointment as
    an Equity & Inclusion Researcher in STEM at Vanderbilt University.
    She also spent nearly 10 years teaching dance & coaching track
    while a middle & high school teacher. She has aspirations of
    writing a television pilot.

  • Doug Dodds

    Doug Dodds was born & raised in Rohnert Park, California.
    Doug's radio career has included achieving #1 ratings in San
    Diego, Salt Lake City, and Portland, as well as many years in
    Santa Rosa as “Doctor Doug” on 106.3 The Bull. He is currently
    the news director at KSRO/KZST Santa Rosa. Doug has hosted or
    emceed 100’s of major events and contests. For the past 9 years
    before joining KSRO, Doug was the Program Director and a top-
    rated on-air host at 94.9 Gold FM in the Grand Cayman Islands.
    During his time in Grand Cayman, he was deeply involved with
    the Miss Cayman Islands Universe Pageant, serving first as a
    judge, then a presenter, and finally a co-host and media
    partner. Doug is delighted to be back home in Sonoma County,
    as there truly is no place like home.

  • Danyelle Ballard

    Danyelle was the very first Miss Sonoma County of the 21st century
    and this year marks the 25th anniversary of her crowning. Her
    volunteer efforts during her year of service lead to a career in the
    non-profit sector, including a job Working with orphans in Cairo,
    Egypt, in addition to working with Liz Cheney on MEPI (Middle
    Eastern Partnership Initiative). She has continued her volunteer
    efforts helping battered women and children escape domestic
    violence situations. She is currently working on a patent for her
    invention and hopes to apply to law school in the next year. She
    resides in Virginia and is the proud mother of a 20 year old son,
    Harrison, and a two year old Frenchie, Theodore William
    Shakespeare.
